Describe the Land Forms of Antarctica.
Antarctica is completely covered in ice and snow.
Antarctica has the largest ice sheet in the world.
Underneath the ice in Antarctica is a huge land mass.
Very little plant life exists in Antarctica.
There are no people indigenous to Antarctica.
The average summer teperature in Antarctica is around -32 degreews celsius.
Most parts of glaziers are under water.
Ice sheets break away when they reach warmer waters.
Underneath the ice sheets in the Arctic is water, making the Arctic a much warmer place than Antarctica.
Approximately 98% of the continent is covered year-round with ice and snow.
Antarctica is surrounded by the Pacific, Atlantic, Southern and Indian Oceans.
In Antarctica up to 6 months can be with sun and 6 months can be with darkness.
The ice and snow are 2 and a half kilometres deep.
Antarctica has no Polar Bears.

Should There Be Tourism In Antarctica
People have been debating whether tourism should be allowed in Antarctica. Tourism in Antarctica is both good and bad in both ways such as to exprience wild life and pollution.
I strongly believe that tourism should be allowed in Antarctica because to experience the wildlife along with its natural beauties. Antarctica is a beautiful place to see underneath all the ice and snow and in my opinion people should be able to see this wonderful sight.
On the other hand tourism should not be allowed in Antarctica because of pollution which could lead to animals getting hurt due to all the rubbish in the water and land. Tourists used to hunt seals causing their seal numbers to drop rapidly.
